Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. Products are currently offered for delivery within the United States.

Products and information

Goodmoki Night Formula is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

We work to keep product information accurate. Ingredient amounts, directions and warnings printed on the final product label take precedence over anything published on this site. Always read the label before use.

Pricing and availability

Prices, currency and availability are shown as configured in our store platform and can change without notice. If a pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you and either confirm the corrected order or cancel and refund it.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout. We may cancel or limit an order where we suspect fraud, an ordering error or a breach of these terms.

Shipping and returns

Shipping terms are set out in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are set out in the Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Goodmoki name, wordmark, site design, photography and written content belong to Goodmoki and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the store for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the store or its systems.
• Do not resell Goodmoki products without written authorization.

Disclaimers

The store and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Individual responses to dietary supplements vary.

This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order. Last reviewed September 2026.
